The things other pricing pages bury are the things you actually need to know.
Cancel and your org drops to Free — but every client, job, and invoice stays exactly where it was, and nobody gets logged out. You just can't add new records past a Free limit until you upgrade again.
If you drop to a smaller plan with more people than seats, the extras become view-only — longest standing members keep their normal role. Nobody is deleted and nobody is blocked from logging in.
Because nothing was ever touched, upgrading again just lifts the limits. There's no import, no restore, no support ticket.
If your card fails you keep full paid access while we retry it. You'll see a banner asking you to update your card — that's the whole penalty.
